This patient suffered from periodontal disease for a long time, which unfortunately led to all his teeth getting loose. There was no treatment to save any of the remaining teeth therefore our dentist suggested full set replacement with implants. 4-4 dental implants were inserted top and bottom jaw which allows a fixed denture to be fitted with click on retainers.
